this is a good start but the shapes are too generic. try to include a representational (ie. not abstract) shape as an overlay (to make it more specific)
Experimental Typography is taught by Riah Buchanan and Erin Hauber at Otis College of Art and Design.
In this class students are venturing outside the realm of graphic design to expand methods for generating form and ideas. They are gaining exposure to work in diverse fields such as music, literature and fine arts then exploring the structure, meaning and mystery of that work through projects designed to test the limits of typographic expression.
The students’ process and results are being captured here.
