I chose this phrase pretty much cause I'm a nervous reck 99% of the time I always have people picking up on it and telling me to RELAX! I'm always running around and never take a breather and anxious or worried about something. Sometimes I need to be reminded to take a breathe everything will work out and it's not the end of the world if something doesn't work out. LOL. So the idea of massage and spa stones came to mind....
